eDreams ODIGEO seeks an AI Adoption Partner to empower employees to unlock AI potential in their roles across engineering, product, and business teams. You will drive AI adoption, design practical training, and enable change management.

The role requires strong teaching abilities, hands-on AI knowledge, and the passion to empower others to learn and apply AI effectively within a fast-paced travel tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Upskill employees and enable scalable AI adoption across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Design and deliver training curricula, workshops and learning materials on AI applications.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for technical audiences.
• Create playbooks and scorecards for AI opportunity identification and prioritization.
• Stay up-to-date with AI and ML advancements and measure enablement impact.
