Job summary

Ayvens seeks an experienced AI Technical Lead to drive technical leadership and hands-on MLOps across the AI platform. You will shape architecture, implement scalable AI solutions, and ensure production readiness with secure, interoperable deployments.

You will define AI platform patterns, oversee CI/CD, deployment, and governance, and collaborate with Data Science, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and Infrastructure teams across international contexts. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior MLOps and AI platform leadership with hands-on operational experience.
• Experience in productionizing GenAI/AI solutions and building reference MLOps patterns.
• Strong knowledge of security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for AI and data science initiatives.
• Lead the evolution of the AI platform landscape (MLOps/LLMOps).
• Assess and staff MLOps capacity and delivery models.
• Design and review CI/CD, deployment, and observability for AI services.
• Coach MLOps specialists and promote reusable platform assets.
• Collaborate with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Cloud teams across countries.
