Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to provide senior technical leadership and hands-on MLOps expertise to define, operationalize, validate and scale AI solutions across Ayvens. You will report to the Director Data Science & AI.

Your responsibilities span AI platform strategy, architecture, MLOps, CI/CD, security, governance and stakeholder collaboration, driving secure and scalable industrialization of AI across the company.

Qualifications

• Senior MLOps and AI platform leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps architecture, industrialization and production AI platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into engineering controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and decision support: act as senior technical reference for AI/data science initiatives.
• AI platform strategy and architecture: evolve AI platform landscape including MLOps/LLMOps, Azure AI services, Databricks, and related capabilities.
• MLOps capacity and staffing: assess profiles, capacity and delivery model for AI initiatives.
• MLOps solution design, implementation and technical assurance: design, configure, review and challenge operationalization layer across model packaging, APIs, deployment and operations.
• Industrialization and operations: establish engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, observability, deployment and lifecycle maintenance.
• AI governance and compliance: provide technical input to governance decisions and ensure architecture aligns with AI Act and controls.
• Technical roadmap and investment planning: contribute to roadmaps and budgets with transparent estimates.
• Stakeholder communication: explain complex topics to senior leaders and document recommendations.
• MLOps coaching and standards: guide specialists and promote reusable platform assets.
