Anteriad in Madrid region is seeking a US Market-Business Development Representative (Afternoon shift) to call US companies and engage IT managers. The role focuses on generating leads and arranging meetings between IT managers and our clients’ sales teams; no cold selling on calls.

Expect a four-week onboarding, uncapped commission, and a base around 1780 €/month with additional incentives. Candidates should have strong communication and CRM familiarity.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
• CRM experience desirable, not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with key decision-makers: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers by phone.
• Spark interest: Present clients' IT solutions and show benefits for processes.
• Create high-value opportunities: Set up meetings between prospects and sales experts.
