Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive partner performance across Africa, from preparation time to vendor fails. You will analyze data by partner, city and cohort to uncover root causes and size impact, and lead discussions with General Managers and Heads of Operations to agree on priorities.

Travel to markets will be required as you roll out global initiatives locally. You will build dashboards and scorecards, partner with Commercial teams, and shape a scalable operating

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, logistics, marketplace ops or similar fast-moving companies.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in KPIs creation & tracking and cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Own partner performance KPIs across Africa with targets and action plans per market.
• Analyze partner data by partner, city and cohort to identify root causes and quantify impact.
• Lead partner operations discussions with General Managers and Heads of Operations to align priorities.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to bring Africa needs into global priorities.
• Build partner scorecards, penalisation and prioritisation frameworks, and dashboards for local use.
• Travel regularly to markets to work with local teams and partners.
