Page Personnel is recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable role in Madrid within a large Beauty industry organization with global reach. The position is full-time on a hybrid schedule, offering up to 2 days of home office per week.

The contract starts with 6 months plus a possible 6-month extension, with potential for permanent placement. Responsibilities include invoice processing, OCR workflow, reconciliations, and support for AP projects.

Formación

• English is a must.
• Experience with invoice processing and accounts payable workflows.
• Familiarity with OCR tools and reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices in compliance with company policies.
• Manage workflow in OCR tool.
• Prepare accounts reconciliation and justification.
• Perform reconciliation between AP sub ledger and trial balance.
• Post month-end accruals linked to purchases.
• Monitor Fixed Asset master data.
• Participate in AP projects as directed by AP leader.
