Vantage Towers in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Accounting Expert – Accounts Payable to join our finance team. You will ensure effective AP, landlord management, and P2P activities, supporting internal and external stakeholders and month-end processes.

The role requires a university degree in business administration, 4+ years in finance or audits, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong Excel and SAP skills.

Formación

• University degree in business administration or similar.
• Minimum 4 years experience in finance or audit.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and SAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Payable and Landlord Management: resolve invoice discrepancies and payment queries.
• Oversee vendor and landlord account reconciliations, aging analysis and controls.
• Support month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis.
• Maintain contract information within SAP RE-FX and other finance systems.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and financial analysis.
