Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Account Manager (English-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona to support clients, manage tickets, and coordinate with Google FTEs. The role offers full-time hours with training and career development opportunities.

The compensation includes a gross yearly salary of 19,623.94 euros plus up to 1,500 euros in bonuses and private medical insurance.

What you will do in this role

• Field support tickets
• Triage customer questions on application status, exceptions, and reevaluations
• Rectify credit issuance and billing issues
• Provide program overview and proper routing to Google FTEs regarding field questions
