Kids&Us Language School in Spain is seeking an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role. You will teach using Kids&Us methods and support the school's academic coordination, balancing teaching hours with administrative duties.

The position welcomes candidates with a positive attitude, strong communication, and a love for working with children. Fluency in English (C1+) is required, and the role starts soon with a fair salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare classes using Kids&Us lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and peers to support children's growth.
• Communicate in a professional and efficient manner.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Have a Certificate of Delitos Sexuales with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills
• A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!

As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.
