Job summary

Kids&Us in Spain is seeking an Academic Coordinator for our TORDERA school to guide teachers in lesson planning, track student progress, and coordinate school events. You will monitor progress and provide detailed follow-ups to families, including attendance and reports.

The role welcomes teaching experience but does not require it, and includes a fixed-term / permanent contract with a 30-hour work week. Ideal candidates hold a C1 level of English, bring energy to inspire children, and

• C1 level English
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families(progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
