Kids&Us Language School in Spain seeks an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team at one of our schools. You will split your time between teaching and coordinating academic processes using our methods, games and stories.

The role offers a collaborative environment with a July start and a flexible schedule, combining teaching hours with coordination duties and working closely with the director and staff.

Formación

• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Registered to the Centro per l'impiego.
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• A team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare classes using Kids&Us lessons, music, games, stories and crafts.
• Monitor students' progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and peers to support growth.
• Communicate in a professional and efficient manner.
• As coordinator: supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.

Responsibilities

• As a teacher: Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• As a coordinator: supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.

Requirements

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Registered to the Centro per l\'impiego.
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• A team player: if you\'ve played on a team, you\'ll fit right in.

We Offer

• 10 hours per week as a coordinator and 15 hours per week as a teacher (total 35 h per week).
• Young and stimulating work environment.
• Start in July.
• Salary: collective agreement, and working hours to be agreed directly with the centre.
