Kids&Us in Madrid seeks a Senior Academic Coordinator for our Valdebebas school to lead teaching teams, guide lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. You will monitor progress, liaise with families, and conduct trimester evaluations to uphold high educational standards.

Fluency in English and Spanish (C2) is required; a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record is mandatory. Fixed-term/permanent contract; 1646h/year; start August 25.

Formación

• Full proficiency in English (C2) and Spanish (C2).

• Teaching experience is a plus but not required.

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full‑time equivalent) starts from €23600 to 25000€ depending on your experience.
