Job summary

Kids&Us Language School is seeking an Academic Coordinator for our Cartagena campus. The role focuses on guiding teachers, tracking student progress, and coordinating school events with a strong emphasis on client families and communication.

Applicants should have native-level English proficiency (C2) and excellent organizational skills. Teaching experience is a plus, and a clean background check is mandatory.

• Full proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Your role
