Kidsandus in Caldes de Montbui/Lliça d'Amunt is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support teachers and enhance student learning experiences. This role will include guiding teachers in lesson planning, monitoring student progress, and ensuring effective communication with families.

Ideal candidates will possess a C2 level in English and have excellent organizational and communication skills. This opportunity not only aims at academic development but also emphasizes personal growth within a supportive educational community.

For our school in CALDES DE MONTBUI/LLIÇA D'AMUNT we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team! Hours: 35 hours per week. Start date: July.

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

What you need

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Salary

We offer a salary, collective agreement, and working hours to be agreed directly with the centre.
