Kids&Us Language School in Alhaurín de la Torre is seeking an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team. You’ll prepare classes, use our engaging method for children aged 1 to 9, monitor progress, and build strong relationships with students and families.

As a coordinator you’ll oversee academic processes, support the director in teaching and administration, and collaborate with peers and mentors to drive the growth of our school. Start in September 2026.

Formación

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher)
• Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills
• Team player: “if you’ve played on a team, you’ll fit right in!”

Responsabilidades

• Prepare classes using Kids&Us lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong relationships with students, their families, and peers/mentors.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
