Job summary

Kids&Us in Arnedo seeks an Academic Coordinator to guide teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events, joining our mission to make English natural for children.

You will monitor progress, ensure follow-up with families, conduct trimester evaluations, and help sustain a collaborative, motivating classroom with a strong emphasis on ongoing training and development. This 20‑hour per week role starts date to confirm, with a salary aligned to CCNL ANINSEI level 8A.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).

Your role

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
