AVEVA is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Spain & Portugal to grow the Operations & Optimization portfolio across Iberia. You will expand strategic existing accounts and win new customers, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and driving end-to-end sales cycles in a collaborative team environment.

The role covers Iberia (Spain & Portugal), with a preference for Madrid or Barcelona, and offers hybrid/remote work as applicable.

Formación

• 10+ years of B2B industrial software sales, enterprise/strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts and winning new logos.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders and sell on business value/ROI.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations-focused markets; speaks both technical and business language.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in Spain and Portugal, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and win new logo opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted account planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders (C-level) and key influencers across customer organizations.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle in partnership with internal teams (discovery, proposals, negotiation and closing).
• Develop and execute an Iberia territory plan with accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and clear prioritization.
