CHEP Espana SA is seeking a Customer Service and Insights professional for a 6-month temporary position. You will manage customer inquiries, on-board new accounts, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience from order to resolution.

In this role, you’ll maintain data integrity in systems, review accounts for performance improvements, and contribute to service enhancements. Flexibility for holidays and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent supply chain / customer facing experience required.
• 3-5 years in Customer Service and Logistics.
• Flexible, customer-focused, outgoing and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and effective communication while adhering to SLAs.
• Facilitate smooth customer onboarding, set up customer accounts, and deliver system training to support customer success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from order processing to issue resolution.
