CHEP UK Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a Coordinator Execution to oversee the regional logistics perimeter, ensuring on-time deliveries, cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction. You will manage order processing, fleet routing, and real-time issue resolution within the CHEP network.

Collaborating with sales, service centers, and external providers, you will track performance KPIs and drive continuous improvements in service levels and cost management across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Experience in a Supply Chain environment and in office settings with frequent customer/provider contacts.
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel and transport management systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance.
• Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring schedules and minimizing disruptions.
• Serve as main contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving logistics issues in real time.
