Zusammenfassung

Brambles, via CHEP, is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics specialist in Madrid for a 6‑month temporary role. You will manage inquiries, onboard customers, coordinate with Sales/Finance/Operations, maintain records, and drive service improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service and logistics, strong Excel/SAP/CRM skills, and a customer‑centric, flexible mindset. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent supply chain / customer facing experience required.
• 3-5 years Customer Service and Logistics experience.
• Experience in an environment with urgent requests and ability to manage urgencies.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce, BlueYonder experience.

Aufgaben

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and requests with timely communication and SLAs.
• Facilitate onboarding, account setup and system training for customer success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service requests in relevant systems.
• Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to assess performance and provide actionable insights.
