Job summary

Scandinavian Biolabs, Copenhagen-based, is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our online store as a conversion engine. This mid-level role requires 3–5 years in website management or CRO, hands-on Shopify experience, and a data-driven mindset to improve conversion, checkout flow, and revenue.

You’ll partner with developers and our UX/UI designer, benchmark competitors, and help shape growth across key markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in website management, CRO or e-commerce/UX.
• Hands-on Shopify experience collaborating with developers and designers.
• Proven ability to run structured experiments with A/B testing tools.
• Strong analytics stack: GA4, GTM, and heatmaps/session recordings.

Responsibilities

• Own website performance as the primary KPI: conversion rate and revenue per session.
• Map user journeys, identify drop-offs, and prioritise solutions with a data-driven roadmap.
• Design and run structured A/B/multivariate tests across pages and checkout.
• Collaborate with developers and the UX/UI designer to implement winning changes.
• Benchmark competitors and lead on-site improvements aligned with traffic and messaging.
