Job summary

Dancover A/S is seeking a Technical E-commerce & CRO Specialist to optimise our international online stores. You will ensure technical stability, accurate analytics and continuous CRO improvements across Shopify and related systems.

You will translate data into commercial actions, coordinate with marketing, developers and external partners, and drive projects from analysis to final delivery. The role suits a methodical, proactive problem-solver in a global e-commerce setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify experience and store operations.

Job description

Do you have strong technical skills, an analytical mindset and a passion for delivering measurable improvements to an international e-commerce business? If so, you could be our new Technical E-commerce & CRO Specialist.

You will be responsible for ensuring that Dancover’s online stores are technically stable, accurately tracked and continuously optimised. The role combines technical Shopify operations, web analytics, tracking, conversion rate optimisation and project management.

You will act as the link between e-commerce, marketing, external specialists and developers. You must therefore be able to identify technical issues, translate data into commercial recommendations and ensure that solutions are implemented successfully.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyse technical issues and coordinate solutions with internal and external specialists
• Test and quality-assure releases, integrations and changes in Shopify
• Analyse the customer journey and plan, conduct and evaluate A/B tests
• Develop a structured CRO roadmap and ensure that insights and successful solutions are implemented

About you

You are analytical, curious and technically skilled. You work systematically, quickly identify irregularities and are good at determining their likely causes. At the same time, you can explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand way and turn your analyses into clear recommendations and actions. You take ownership of your work, have a proactive approach and can prioritise between urgent operational issues and long-term improvements. You also thrive in a coordinating role involving many different stakeholders.

We expect you to have:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify and the operation or development of online stores
• Experience with GA4, tracking and digital analytics
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing and the analysis of digital customer journeys
• The ability to analyse and document technical issues systematically
• Basic experience with technical SEO
• Experience coordinating website or development projects
• Experience with and curiosity about using AI technology in your daily work

Experience working with international online stores, multiple markets and languages, as well as Shopify apps and integrations, would be an advantage.
