Job summary

Samsøe Samsøe is seeking a Growth Lead to drive profitable, data‑driven growth across the customer journey, including acquisition, CRM, retention and ecommerce performance. You will connect marketing activity with trading priorities, customer behavior, and onsite performance to identify and execute high‑impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce/retail/consumer brands.
• Proven performance marketing experience with paid acquisition.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle and retention.
• Commercial understanding of ecommerce metrics: conversion, AOV, promotions, profitability.
• Solid track record in tracking, attribution and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop growth strategy across paid acquisition, CRM, retention and ecommerce.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and optimize channel mix, CAC and ROAS.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle initiatives to increase engagement, retention and repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with E‑commerce to connect marketing with product priorities and promotions.
• Identify opportunities across the funnel to improve traffic, conversion and revenue.
• Build a testing and experimentation roadmap across channels and onsite journey.
