Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Warranty Engineer in Denmark to investigate and resolve warranty claims across advanced automation solutions. You will lead warranty projects, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams.

The role requires collaboration with customers and suppliers, strong analytical skills, and a structured approach to deliver high-quality results while driving continuous improvement across our products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Experience in technical support, warranty management, project management, or related roles within manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments.
• Solid technical understanding of automation systems involving PLC control, electrical equipment, and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical warranty claims for machine performance and reliability.
• Perform root cause analyses and evaluate warranty entitlement.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely closure of warranty cases.
• Lead warranty-related projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, stakeholders and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and suppliers to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
