Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Warranty Engineer to resolve warranty claims across our automation solutions. You will investigate system performance issues, perform root cause analyses, and determine warranty entitlement while coordinating corrective actions to close cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.
• Experience in technical support, warranty management, or project management in manufacturing/automation.
• Solid understanding of automation systems and PLC control.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Warranty Engineer who can combine technical expertise, project management, and customer engagement to ensure the successful handling and resolution of warranty-related issues across our advanced warehouse automation solutions.

Acting as the link between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction while contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and solutions.

As our Warranty Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical claims related to machine performance, malfunctions, and system reliability. You will perform root cause analyses, evaluate warranty entitlement, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of warranty cases. At the same time, you will lead warranty-related projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and communication throughout the process.

Success in this role requires close collaboration across functions. You will work alongside colleagues from Engineering, Standardization, Manufacturing, and Customer Service, while also building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Through your structured and analytical approach, you will help identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that lessons learned are translated into sustainable solutions.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar technical discipline, combined with experience from technical support, warranty management, project management, or related roles within manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments. Solid technical understanding of automation systems involving PLC control systems, electrical equipment, and mechanical components in industrial machines.
