Job summary

Körber Supply Chain DK is seeking a skilled Warranty Engineer to blend technical expertise with project management and customer engagement to resolve warranty issues across our automation solutions.

You will investigate claims, perform root cause analyses, evaluate entitlement, coordinate corrective actions, and lead warranty projects from initiation to closure while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar technical discipline.
• Experience in technical support, warranty management, or project management in manufacturing or automation.
• Solid understanding of automation systems with PLC control, electrical equipment and mechanical components.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve warranty-related claims for machinery performance and reliability.
• Perform root cause analyses and evaluate warranty entitlement.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely closure of cases.
• Lead warranty-related projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines and stakeholders.
