Job summary

Stibo DX is seeking a Vice President, Customer Success RoW to lead retention, expansion, and value realization for global customers outside DACH and the Americas. Based in Denmark, you will be either in Aarhus or Copenhagen, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Customer Success Management.

You will head the RoW CS organization, collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Finance, and guide an international team of three in a hands‑on player‑coach style to drive commercial

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or related fields
• Experience with B2B software/SaaS and subscription models
• English fluency; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Customer Success performance across RoW (Denmark, Netherlands, India and other markets) including retention, adoption, and revenue growth
• Lead an international CS team as hands-on player-coach and develop high-performance culture
• Build senior executive relationships with strategic customers and lead key engagements and opportunities
• Drive value realization and expand solutions across customer organizations while managing risks and growth opportunities
• Contribute to global CS leadership, shaping best practices and regional strategies
