RIB Software GmbH is seeking a Director of Customer Success Excellence to design and maintain a global CS framework, measure churn, and align digital adoption with industry standards. You will guide mature governance across 22+ software products for the AEC sector and report to the Senior VP Customer Care.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, tooling governance, and scalable enablement while collaborating with regional CS leaders and IT. Travel internationally is possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success leadership, global scope preferred.
• Experience with CS platforms and data-driven strategies.
• Strong analytical and change-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the global Customer Success operating model.
• Define onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and health monitoring standards.
• Lead data-driven churn strategies and proactive interventions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions.
• Oversee tool governance and adoption of CS platforms.
