Starwood Hotels is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the events team in planning and delivering seamless events, from meetings to VIP experiences. You will coordinate with F&B, Culinary and Operations to ensure every detail is understood, communicated and executed to the highest standard.

You will manage special requests and VIP preferences, ensuring teams are briefed and aligned throughout the process.

Formación

• Experience in planning and coordinating events, meetings or conferences.
• Experience with luxury hotel brands is valuable.
• Strong communication skills in English and with clients.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable information for operations teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support events team in planning and delivering seamless events from small meetings to VIP experiences.
• Coordinate with F&B, Culinary and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Brief relevant teams and ensure no detail is missed from planning through event execution.
• Manage special requests, dietary needs, VIP preferences and last-minute changes.
• Communicate requirements clearly and maintain calm in a fast-paced environment.
