BCD Travel invites a Travel Consultant ESS Emergency Support Services for the Nordics to work remotely from Denmark. You will handle travel reservations, consult on policy, and respond to 24/7 requests. The role requires strong communication in Danish and English, plus knowledge of travel regulations and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a travel consultant.
• Excellent knowledge of GDS Amadeus for bookings and ticketing.
• Fluent Danish and English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.

Responsabilités

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Provide consultation aligned with client travel policies.
• Fulfill requests regarding regulations and documentation.
• Share industry information such as fares, exchange costs and penalties.
• Review operational processes and commercial relationships for improvements.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the supported travel sectors.
