Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Certificate/Diploma/degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support or healthcare environment.
• Fluency in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based support tools.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical guidance on Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products.
• Gather and document detailed information to support investigations and issue resolution.
