Job summary

Abbott Rapid Diagnostics in Denmark is seeking a Technical Support Associate on a 12-month contract. You will provide first-line technical support to healthcare professionals and customers, handle inquiries via phone, email, and web tools, and document issues to support investigations.

The role requires English and Danish fluency, a relevant degree, and at least one year in customer service or technical support.

Qualifications

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Engineering, Medical Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum one year of experience in customer service, technical support, healthcare support, or a clinical/medical environment.
Fluency in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based support tools.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical guidance on Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products.
Gather and document detailed information to support investigations and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and inquiries in line with quality and regulatory requirements.
Communicate investigation findings and updates clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with colleagues across functions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
Build and maintain strong knowledge of product portfolios and support processes.
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
