In this role, you will assist Danish-speaking customers with technical issues related to consumer electronics and streaming devices, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality user experience. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner
• Identify and analyze technical problems through active listening and clear questioning
• Deliver accurate and efficient solutions using internal tools and training resources
• Document all relevant customer interactions in the system
• Stay up to date with new technologies and product developments

Requirements

• Danish: C1–C2 (fluent/native)
• MS Office knowledge
• Service-oriented, analytical and communicative profile
• Willing to learn

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in technical support
• Strong interest in technology

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 18:00
