Job summary

Nobia Group is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Culture team in Aarhus. You will combine hands-on recruitment with business partnering, guiding managers through end-to-end processes for Nobia's stores, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Based in Aarhus with hybrid working and occasional travel to stores, you will source, screen, interview, and advise on hiring decisions, while continuously improving recruitment tools

Qualifications

• Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience with retail, sales, or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Curious about technologies and evolving TA tools.
• Build trusted relationships and advise hiring managers.
• Care about quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of business needs.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of leading brands across the Nordic region – including HTH, uno form, and Invita. We are now expanding our Talent Acquisition team so that we can provide even more support to our organisation, and we are therefore looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Aarhus.

Scope of the role

You will combine hands‑on recruitment with close business partnering, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, challenge where needed, and ensure a professional experience for both candidates and the business.

From defining the profile and creating the job advertisement to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting the final selection, you will own the process and ensure a great candidate experience. You will focus on advising managers and helping them make strong, well‑informed, bias‑free hiring decisions.

With our stores as an important part of your portfolio, you will help ensure that our retail teams have the people and capabilities they need to deliver great customer experiences.

You will also contribute to continuously improving our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.

You will work from our Danish headquarters in Tilst, Aarhus, with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel to our stores.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Store Managers to understand recruitment needs and define effective hiring approaches

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who combines strong Talent Acquisition expertise with a genuine interest in the business.

You might come from an in‑house Talent Acquisition function or a recruitment/search environment. What matters most is that you:

• Have solid experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
• Have experience with retail, sales, or high‑volume recruitment – this is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Are curious about new technologies, digital tools and evolving ways of working within Talent Acquisition
• Build trusted relationships and are confident advising and challenging hiring managers
• Care about quality of hire and creating a great candidate experience
• Have a commercial mindset and enjoy understanding the business behind the recruitment need
• Have a relevant degree or educational background (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Economics, or similar)
• Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
