Job summary

Nobia Group is expanding its People & Culture team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Aarhus. You will combine hands-on recruitment with deep business partnering, supporting hiring managers to attract, assess and select top talent across our stores.

This role requires Danish and English fluency, a relevant degree, and a bias-free, candidate-centered approach. You will work from our Danish headquarters in Tilst, Aarhus, with hybrid working and regular travel to our stores, helping

Qualifications

Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
Retail or high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define effective approaches.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Nobia with a focus on stores.
Source and engage candidates through relevant channels, including proactive search.
Challenge and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools and talent attraction initiatives.
