Zusammenfassung

Nobia Denmark A/S is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Culture team in Aarhus. You will combine hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, defining profiles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting final selection for our store network.

You will travel to stores as needed and work from the Danish HQ in Tilst with hybrid flexibility. Fluency in Danish and English is required, with experience in retail recruitment highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience with retail, sales or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers and store managers to understand recruitment needs and define effective hiring approaches.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Nobia with a focus on stores.
• Source and engage candidates through relevant channels, including proactive search.
• Challenge and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and talent attraction initiatives.
