Nobia, a leading European kitchen specialist, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Aarhus. You will blend hands-on recruitment with business partnering to deliver strong, bias-free hiring decisions for our stores and retail teams.

Based at our Danish headquarters with hybrid work and travel to stores, you will own end-to-end recruitment, advise managers, and help continuously improve processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple channels and stages.
• Retail/high-volume recruitment experience is preferred.
• Comfort with new technologies and digital hiring tools.
• Ability to advise and challenge managers with business insight.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and store managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Nobia with a focus on stores.
• Source and engage candidates through relevant channels, including proactive search.
• Challenge and advise hiring managers throughout the process.

Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of leading brands across the Nordic region – including HTH, uno form, and Invita. We are now expanding our Talent Acquisition team so that we can provide even more support to our organisation, and we are therefore looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Aarhus.

Scope of the role

You will combine hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, challenge where needed, and ensure a professional experience for both candidates and the business. From defining the profile and creating the job advertisement to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting the final selection, you will own the process and ensure a great candidate experience. You will focus on advising managers and helping them make strong, well-informed, bias-free hiring decisions. With our stores as an important part of your portfolio, you will help ensure that our retail teams have the people and capabilities they need to deliver great customer experiences. You will also contribute to continuously improving our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working. You will work from our Danish headquarters in Tilst, Aarhus, with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel to our stores.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Store Managers to understand recruitment needs and define effective hiring approaches
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Nobia with a focus on our stores
• Source and engage candidates through relevant channels, including proactive search
• Challenge and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and talent attraction initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Have solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Have experience with retail, sales, or high-volume recruitment – this is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Are curious about new technologies, digital tools and evolving ways of working within Talent Acquisition
• Build trusted relationships and are confident advising and challenging hiring managers
• Care about quality of hire and creating a great candidate experience
• Have a commercial mindset and enjoy understanding the business behind the recruitment need
• Have a relevant degree or educational background (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Economics, or similar)
• Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
