Job summary

Nobia Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Aarhus. You will blend hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, aligning with hiring managers to understand needs and delivering a strong candidate experience.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, source proactively, and advise managers to make bias-free decisions. Hybrid work is offered with travel to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in retail, sales, or high-volume recruitment is a plus.
• Curious about new technologies, digital tools and evolving ways of working within Talent Acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships and are confident advising and challenging hiring managers.
• Care about quality of hire and creating a great candidate experience.
• Have a commercial mindset and understand the business behind recruitment needs.
• Relevant degree or educational background in HR, Psychology, Business Economics, or similar.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Store Managers to understand recruitment needs and define effective hiring approaches.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on our stores.
• Source and engage candidates through relevant channels, including proactive search.
• Challenge and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and talent attraction initiatives.
