Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Station Control engineer to join our global Power Systems team in Denmark. You will contribute to design and implementation of SCADA-based control and protection solutions for substations and HV/MV networks, interfacing with national and international projects.

You will develop control philosophies, specify hardware and software interfaces, and participate in testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing substations control and protection systems.
• Hands-on with SCADA/ICS/DCS and IEC 61850 substation automation.
• Proficiency in protection coordination studies for AC/DC systems.
• Knowledge of standards such as IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001.

Responsibilities

• Develop control philosophies for substations and HV/MV networks.
• Specify, design and apply control and protection solutions.
• Lead testing, FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects.
• Contribute across concept studies to procurement and commissioning.
