Job summary
Ramboll Energy is seeking an experienced Station Control engineer to design and implement SCADA systems for substations and HV/MV networks across major European infrastructure projects.
You will contribute to control philosophies, protection schemes, and open/closed loop strategies, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in a global, sustainability-focused firm.

Qualifications
- Experience with plant and station control systems for substations in 30–400 kV range.
- Experience in SCADA, SRO, and IEC 61850–based automation.
- Experience with protection philosophies and coordination studies for AC/DC systems.
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIS2, IEC 61508, ISO/IEC 27001.
- Experience modelling and testing using PSCAD/PSSE/DiGSILENT and MATLAB/Simulink.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement control philosophies for substations and HV/MV networks.
- Specify, design, and apply protection and SCADA solutions for complex projects.
- Lead FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning across international assignments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimized solutions.
