Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a curious student to join our People team in Denmark. In this hands-on role you'll gain practical experience across the full employee lifecycle, from posting jobs and employment contracts to updating policies and people data, in collaboration with our People Operations Specialist and People Partner.

You'll be trusted with responsibility from day one while receiving guidance to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with discretion for sensitive information.
• Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn HR operations.
• Owns tasks and follows through with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employee-related documents and HR paperwork.
• Create and update employee information in HR and payroll systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Keep Notion Knowledge Hub accurate and up to date.
• Assist People team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Help improve People Operations processes as we scale.
