15–20 hours per week | Hellerup | Flexible working hours
Are you looking for a student job where you can take on real responsibility, work with clients and gain international experience alongside your studies?
At Humanostics, you will become part of an ambitious team, helping us coordinate our training activities, support our clients and partners, and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
You will be given responsibility from the start and gain hands‑on experience from the world of consulting, HR and leadership development.
These responsibilities reflect the core tasks outlined for the role.
You are service‑minded and helpful, and communicate fluently in Danish and English. You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Your field of study and grades are not the most important thing to us. We are more interested in how you work and what you bring to the team.
You enjoy working in a structured and organized way, while also being comfortable in an environment with a high pace and varied tasks. You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you are happy to take initiative when something needs to move forward.
You are comfortable working independently with Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
The position is 15–20 hours per week, spread across all five weekdays. You have flexibility in planning your working hours, but as a general rule, you should be able to check emails and handle urgent tasks daily.
As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, develop the position and bring your own ideas to the table. Working from home is also possible by agreement.
You will get the opportunity to work with leading Danish and international companies and gain experience with HR and leadership tools – including a lifelong certification in The Predictive Index, a globally used tool within recruitment and leadership.
You can also expect real responsibility, direct client contact, a highly engaged team and a growing company where new ideas and initiative are welcomed.
