Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a curious student to join our People team in Denmark as a Student Assistant. You will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation to updates in HR systems and payroll records, collaborating closely with our People Operations Specialist and People Partner.

From day one you’ll take ownership of tasks, support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, keep our Notion Employee Handbook accurate, and help structure People Operations

Qualifications

• Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, business administration, or another relevant field.
• Detail-oriented and discreet with sensitive information.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn more about HR operations.
• Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through.
• Communicates clearly in Danish and English, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employee-related documents and employment contracts.
• Create and update employee information in HR and payroll systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Keep Notion Knowledge Hub (Employee handbook) accurate and up to date.
• Assist People team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Help improve and structure People Operations processes as we scale.
