Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a curious student to join our People team in Denmark. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, from job postings and contracts to onboarding, payroll data and process improvements.

The role offers real responsibility from day one within a fast-growing international company and close collaboration with our People Operations Specialist and People Partner. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, systems, and processes while balancing study commitments.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and discreet with sensitive information.
• Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn about HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employee-related documents.
• Create and update employee information in HR and payroll systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Keep Notion Knowledge Hub accurate and up to date.
• Support the People team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Help scale People Operations processes as the company grows.
