Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Student Assistant for the Investment Governance & Performance team in Copenhagen. You will help optimize investment governance processes, analyze data, and support store network investment decisions with data-driven insights.

As a current student, you will work 15–20 hours weekly, gain exposure to global retail strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Network Development. Based at Pandora's Copenhagen office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
• Ideally have around two years remaining of your studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with large datasets.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to optimization and automation of investment governance processes.
• Provide analysis and insights to support future network investment decisions.
• Maintain and update the global investment overview and support investment governance activities.
• Upload and track Investment Proposals and support hindsight reporting.
• Support store classification processes and ad hoc business requests.
