Pandora is seeking a Student Assistant to join the S&OP/IBP team in Global Supply Chain. You will contribute to the monthly planning cycle, data consolidation, and stakeholder coordination while gaining hands-on experience in S&OP, IBP, and inventory planning.

The role is based at Pandora's Global Office in Copenhagen and requires physical presence, with 15–20 hours per week. Prior experience is not required; strong Excel and English skills are essential.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
• Ideally at least one year remaining in studies.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query).
• Comfortable turning data into insights.
• Strong English communication.
• Experience with BI/ERP/MRP/WMS is a plus.
• Interest in automation and AI-enabled planning is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate data and prepare reports for the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle.
• Own selected recurring reports and data-consolidation activities.
• Develop and maintain planning tools, dashboards, KPIs, and projections.
• Support metal hedging by consolidating forecasts and analyses.
• Analyze inventory, production, and supply chain performance.
• Coordinate meeting agendas and follow-up.
• Contribute to improvements in planning processes and data quality.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses as required.
