Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field (minimum 1.5 years remaining).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Interested in CRM, customer loyalty, and consumer engagement strategies.
• Structured, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation & Operations with operational tasks and platform-related activities (Bloomreach focus).
• Pull data extracts, update Bloomreach content, fetch email previews, support campaign QA, and maintain docs.
• Support Lifecycle Strategy with presentations, meeting materials, and analyses.
• Create presentations, summary slides, visuals, and meeting notes; follow up on actions.
• Assist Membership & Loyalty initiatives across global markets; prepare campaigns, coordinate stakeholders, track actions.
• Help maintain team documentation and processes for efficient collaboration.
