Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Merchandise Planning team within Global Merchandising & Supply Chain. You will support planning for NPIs, maintain planning data, and provide analytical insights to drive commercial decisions across global markets.

The role offers exposure to product performance, assortment planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading jewellery brand. 15–20 hours weekly, on-site in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Ideally have at least 1 year remaining of studies.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandise Planning team in day-to-day activities related to new product introductions (NPIs).
• Maintain and validate product, assortment, and planning data for accuracy across systems and reports.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support business insights and decision-making.
• Support product launch processes and track milestones across global markets.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in planning tools and reports.
• Coordinate inputs from global and regional stakeholders across Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Create and maintain process documentation and planning guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and administrative tasks.
