You will work closely with the Franchise & Network Management team as well as local property teams, helping ensure that investment decisions are financially sound, strategically aligned, and supported by data-driven insights.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with investment analysis, retail network strategy, and business performance management in one of the world's leading jewellery brands. Working closely with stakeholders across Pandora's global organization, you will gain exposure to how strategic decisions regarding store openings, relocations, lease renewals, and closures are evaluated, approved, and measured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to optimization and automation of investment governance processes.

Provide analysis and insights to support and improve future network investment decisions.

  • Maintain and update the global investment overview and support ongoing investment governance activities.
  • Upload and track Investment Proposals (IPs) and support hindsight reporting to evaluate business case performance against actual results.
  • Support ongoing store classification processes and ad hoc business requests.

The Global Network Development & Insights function partners with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) organization to provide strategic insights that shape Pandora's global retail and franchise network. The team collaborates closely with Cluster Property Directors and commercial stakeholders worldwide to drive performance, support investment decisions, and execute global growth priorities.

You will report to the Network Expansion & Investments Senior Manager and become part of a collaborative, international team focused on data-driven decision-making and strategic investment optimization.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
  • Ideally have around two years remaining of your studies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, AI, or other data and automation tools is considered an advantage.
  • Interest in using data and technology to solve business challenges.
  • Analytical, curious, and motivated by solving complex business challenges.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized in your way of working.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks while working independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and confident working with stakeholders across different functions and markets.

Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Eager to learn and develop both technical and commercial capabilities.
