Job summary

Bavarian Nordic A/S is seeking a Student Assistant for our People Experience team. You will support a broad range of HR tasks, work closely with the P&O Generalist, and gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle in an international setting.

The role is approximately 15–20 hours per week with flexibility to balance studies. You will report to the Head of People Experience and contribute to process improvements while developing towards a future P&O consultant or generalist position.

Qualifications

• Final phase of bachelor’s degree in progress.
• Ability to commit to 15–20 hours per week.
• Strong written English and Danish.
• Experience with HR systems is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create new hires and consultants in HR system (Workday).
• Create Promotion Letters, Contract Addendums, Agreements.
• Answer HR questions from employees and managers in Denmark.
• Data integration between Workday and MS Dynamics.
